What inspired you to become a wormfluencer for Bookworm?
Well, to start i love worms so the idea of being a wormfluencer was very appealing to me. I think bookworm has a really interesting approach to creating community through books and reading and I'm super excited to connect other people to the bookworm platform!
What are your bookish reading habits? (ie a cup of earl grey tea while you read, need to read outside, etc.)
I love cuddling up on my big bean bag and putting on a vinyl album to set the mood!
What is one book Bookstagram or Booktok made you buy? Are there any books you are planning to buy because of Bookstagram or Booktok?
BookTok made me buy copies of Sky Full of Elephants and The Buffalo Hunter Hunter. I've been hearing a lot about Shy Girl so I definitely want to pick that up if I'm able to find a copy.
What is your favorite genre to read? What are your favorite books from that genre?
I tend to read across genres, but I have read a lot of contemporary fiction in the past year. One of my favorites from 2025 was Stop Me if You've Heard This One, a novel about a lesbian clown in a messy situationship with her mentor.
What makes the bookworm app special? Why should other readers join bookworm?
I really enjoy the unique theme, graphics, and design of bookworm! It's so fun and a little kooky which I also identify heavily. Additionally as a small indie bookshop owner, I am always pushing reading platforms that stray away from the amazon/goodreads empire. Bookworm also encourages community in a way few other reading platforms do. I'm so excited to use it to track my reading more in 2026
